At the April 23, 2002, Fairwood Greens meeting, the Rules and Regulations for Animals, Vehicles and Appeal Process were read and approved unanimously by the Board.

At the May 28, 2002, Fairwood Greens meeting, the Rules and Regulations for Recreational Vehicles, Aesthetics, and Architectural Control were read and approved by the Board.

At the November 25, 2003 Fairwood Greens meeting the Rule and Regulation for Offending Conduct was read and approved by the Board.

At the April 24, 2007 Fairwood Greens meeting the Rule and Regulation for RV's was revised, read and approved by the Board.

At the May 27, 2008 Fairwood Greens meeting the Rule and Regulation for Aesthetics was revised, read and approved by the Board. Two new Rule & Regulations were read and approved at this meeting: Rental of Single Family Homes/Tenants and Single Family Interpretation.

At the October 28, 2008 Fairwood Greens Board Meeting, the Rule and Regulation on Animals was revised, read and approved by the Board.

At the March 24, 2009 Fairwood Greens Board Meeting, the Rule and Regulation on Animals was revised, read and approved by the Board.

At the January 25, 2011 Fairwood Greens Board Meeting, the Rule and Regulation on Annoyance and Offending Conduct was revised, read and approved by the Board.
