- In order to maintain our legal documents, insure correct billings of assessments,
provide legal authorities with the correct information, and insure we maintain good
communication, please contact the Association's Bookkeeper for all changes in your phone,
e-mail or mailing address.
- If you decide or are renting your home, the maintenance and payment of
assessments remain your responsibility. When you do rent it is essential for you to
contact Judy Seidel, our Association's Bookkeeper or Lenore Lee, our Association's Greeter
at (425) 227-3997. This will insure all legal, business, and the Fairwood Flyer will
be delivered in a timely and correct manner. Remember, you are responsible for the
legal and physical maintenance of your property even if you do rent.
- If you are selling or re-financing your home you will be asked by your escrow or
title company for the name of a contact person to obtain information on your dues status.
Give them the Bookkeeper's name and phone number.
- ASSESSMENTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BILLING. INTEREST WILL BE ACCRUED
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SIXTH MONTH AND LIENS WILL BE PLACED SHORTLY THEREAFTER.
- Liens, as provided in the CC&R's and the ByLaws will be filed against
delinquent accounts to insure payment. Legal expenses incurred in processing the lien will
be charged to the Homeowner.
